LET-60 with Dimming Loop: This is an LET 60 with an extra pair of brown wires that is called a “dimming loop”. The two wires are for attaching a potentiometer. The potentiometer is a small device that allows a method of dimming and for turning the transformer on and off. Turn all the way to the left to turn off transformer. Turn knob to the right to turn on and raise the light level.
